That's why we have retained Human In Common to facilitate their training – Responding to Microaggressions – for AEG’s membership and leaders. This compassionate, interactive training offers tools and templates to help us to better understand the embedded messages in microaggressions that make them so hurtful, and strategies for engaging in respectful conversations to increase awareness and change harmful dynamics. Using real life scenarios, this training will leave us all feeling more competent and confident about responding to microaggressions and promoting diversity, equity & inclusion.
