AEG Members and Friends,

Please join us for the upcoming May AEG Dinner Meeting, Student Night (announcement attached).  The program for the evening will be student presentations.  We have solicited students (undergraduate and graduate) to present a poster or give a short talk summarizing their research or class work.  Gifts and a free dinner will be provided to all presenters.  Student Night will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Best Western Executive Inn, 200 Taylor Avenue North, Seattle, WA (near the Space Needle).

Everyone is encouraged to come and support the student presenters.  We were all students once and to have the opportunity to support the students in their projects and research, talk about the industry, and potentially provide opportunities for internships or jobs to these students is a great way to give back.  We hope to see a lot of AEG members out for this fun night of presentations!

Please read this announcement with the dinner meeting details and RSVP instructions.

Please RSVP by 5 PM on Friday, May 8
via email to Justin Vetter at secretary@aegwashington.org

Our generous sponsors, GeoEngineers,  have made it possible for the AEG Washington Section to provide free meals to a limited number of AEG Student Members with advance approval.  Please contact Justin Vetter for more information at secretary@aegwashington.org.  Note: AEG Student Membership is now free.

NON-MEMBERS ALWAYS WELCOME!
Please follow this link http://www.aegweb.org and click on the red membership button on the main page if you are interested in becoming a member of AEG and to learn more about membership benefits.

A current list of presenters is shown in the announcement.  Students, if I missed someone or spelled something wrong, let me know.  We have room for a few more poster presentations.

This month’s posters and presentations should be great. We hope to see you there.
